Counseling can help in many situations. If you are having anxiety issues, depression problems, anger management issues or just need someone to talk to, a counselor can help. Three years ago, I would have never pictured myself sitting and talking with a counselor. Then, after suffering a minor break-down, I began talking with my counselor about what I was going through and just having someone that would listen and not judge began to help.
